You can configure most things through the GUI, but if you prefer commands, here are the available commands!

/antixray	Opens the configuration GUI.	imanity.antixray.command
/antixray toggle	Toggle anti-xray bypass for personal only.	imanity.antixray.command.toggle

/antixray reload	Reload the anti-xray configuration.	imanity.antixray.command.reload
